How the GLA:D® Program Works
1. Initial Assessment

2. Education Sessions (2 × ~60 minutes)

No referral is required to start; however, a GP referral may help you access Medicare rebates under the CCD program.

Can I do this if my pain is severe?
Yes — exercises are tailored and progressed individually. Pain is addressed thoughtfully, not ignored.
What if I’ve been told I need surgery?
