One Cost,
Complete ACL Program

Our ACL Rehabilitation Program is offered for one transparent price, covering every stage of your recovery — from early physiotherapy to sport-specific retraining. No hidden costs, no surprises.

At Urban Physiotherapy, your ACL recovery is structured into four evidence-based phases, each with clearly defined goals, timelines, and criteria to progress safely to the next stage.

We use an objective, criteria-based approach rather than relying on time alone, ensuring the graft, muscles, and movement patterns are ready before advancing.
