Functional Capacity Assessments

For access, plan reassessment or change of circumstances, we complete comprehensive FCAs with clear recommendations tied to NDIS outcomes and goals. Reports include:

  2. Objective mobility and ADL measures (e.g., gait, transfers, strength, balance)

  3. Environmental/contextual factors

  4. Goal-oriented recommendations mapped to NDIS categories

  6. We provide collaborative communication with coordinators, plan managers and GPs, and we prioritise assessment slots this week when urgent.
