How will exercise physiology work?

Our Exercise Physiologist will work with you and gain a better understanding of your medical history of your injury or condition/s, they will also look at your current physical capacity and aerobic capacity, discuss what is important to you and what goals you would like to achieve. At Urban Physiotherapy, we have the benefit of having a team of physiotherapist and podiatrist who will work with you and the Exercise Physiologist if required, prescribe an individual custom build exercise program specifically for your goals, capacity and needs.
